What Is P.O.U.R?
.POUR is the living expression of the Sacred Exchange. It is what we do with the wisdom we have gathered through our own journey. Once trust has been established, connection has been nurtured, and the Sacred Exchange is open, we POUR our lived wisdom into those we are called to serve.
Lived wisdom carries a unique power because it comes from what we have actually experienced, navigated, and overcome. It allows us to reach back and offer another woman insight that may help her navigate a similar road with greater awareness, avoid obstacles we once faced, and perhaps spare her some of the pain we endured.

Through the POUR program, women move through the five Sacred Exchanges to learn how to share their wisdom without losing themselves in the process. They learn how to mentor from a place of embodiment, discernment, and connection—not simply from the desire to help. In completing this journey, they become certified POUR Mentors, prepared to walk alongside women who are beginning their own journey. What has been poured into us now has somewhere to go.

An annual retreat exclusively for members of our Sacred Survivor Community, created to celebrate sisterhood, cultivate joy, and experience the world together. Every retreat is an opportunity to travel, connect, and create lasting memories while continuing to POUR into one another beyond the everyday.
