How Our Work Is Organized
The work of Thee Blueprint Collective is not built around isolated events. It is guided through intentional spaces designed to nurture connection, encourage self-discovery, and sustain the mission through collective care.
Each initiative holds a unique role within the ecosystem, creating pathways where women can experience community, reflection, and contribution at different moments in their journey.
Community Care Initiative
Connection and Belonging
The Community Care Initiative serves as the gathering space of the ecosystem. It is where women come together to be seen, heard, and supported within a circle of sisterhood.
These experiences create an atmosphere where trust can grow, relationships can form, and women can feel safe enough to simply exist in community without pressure or expectation.
Experiences within this initiative include
• Survivor Nest Gatherings
Through these gatherings, women are reminded that they are not alone and that healing often begins in the presence of community.
Discovery Initiative
Workshops and Personal Exploration
The Discovery Initiative invites women into intentional spaces of reflection and inner exploration. Through guided workshops and learning experiences, participants are encouraged to examine their journeys, reconnect with their inner voice, and discover new understanding about themselves.
These experiences gently open the door to deeper awareness and personal insight.

ADeeper Journey
For women who feel called to continue their journey beyond gatherings and workshops, Thee Blueprint Collective offers NECO — Thee Nester’s Ecosystem.
NECO is the organization’s cornerstone program, guiding women through four pathways designed to support transformation, leadership, service, and personal evolution.
Through this journey, participants move from survival toward a deeper embodiment of their strength, wisdom, and purpose.
