Thee Blueprint Collective organizes its work through three sacred areas of service known as initiatives. Each initiative represents a different way women enter our lives.
Together, these initiatives create an ecosystem where women can enter community, deepen their understanding of themselves, and become apart of a movement that uplifts and empowers survivors.
Presence Initiative
Connection and Belonging
The Presence Initiative is a heart-centered expression of Thee Blueprint Collective rooted in the practice of intentional human connection.
It exists to ensure that individuals across every season of life are met with compassion, attentiveness, dignity, and care through consistent acts of presence and community support.
Guided by the knowing that no one should have to journey through life feeling unseen or unsupported, this initiative creates spaces where connection, companionship, and genuine care can be experienced in meaningful and lasting ways.

Shadow Work Initiative
Workshops and Personal Exploration
The Shadow Work Initiative invites women into intentional spaces of reflection and inner exploration. Through guided workshops and learning experiences, participants are encouraged to examine their inner, their journeys, connect with their inner power, their voice, and discover new understanding about themselves.
These experiences gently open the door to deeper awareness and personal insight.

Collective Care Initiative

A Deeper Journey
For women who feel called to continue their journey beyond gatherings and workshops, Thee Blueprint Collective offers NECO — Thee Nest Ecosystem.
NECO is the organization’s cornerstone program, guiding women through four pathways designed to support transformation, leadership, service, and personal evolution.
Through this journey, participants move from survival toward a deeper embodiment of their strength, wisdom, and purpose.
