Thee Blue Gala is more than an event, it is our heartbeat. As Thee Blueprint Collective’s largest annual fundraiser, thee Blue Gala serves as a sacred gathering of survivors, supporters, and advocates who come together to celebrate strength, honor healing, and fund the vital work that drives our mission forward.

The Gala is a space of deep connection, a time where we pour into one another, uplift the stories of women who have endured & overcome, as well as honor both the survivors who are with us and the ones whose memories guide our steps. It's an elegant, empowering, and emotional evening that reflects our journey: from pain to purpose, from survival to thriving.

The funds raised during Thee Blue Gala are critical. They not only make the event possible, but they also support the backbone of our organization, our year-round service, operational needs,our programs, and especially our Nester’s Care Initiative, which provides intentional support to women navigating during and after experiencing trauma.

Because too many women carry pain in their bones and still rise to build empires, raise generations, and hold others together while quietly coming undone. Because 1 in 3 women worldwide will experience violence in their lifetime and most of them will never be asked, “What do you need to heal?
